Join Dr. Ashley and Anton Christianson on this epic journey to experience sacred healing sites, partake in traditional ceremonies, experience a new 'you' and come into heartfelt alliance with yourself and nature.
Itinerary:
Day 1 (June 18th)-arrive in Cusco and stay in Cusco for the night to
get acclimated
Meal at the market or vegetarian, organic restaurant
Meet and Greet and set intentions, prepare for the retreat
Stay at Casa De La Gringa
Day 2 (June 19th)-San Pedro healing day and trek through the ruins of Saqsayhuaman
Day 3 (June 20th)-Meditation, Yoga and day to process the San Pedro ceremony, dinner at local Peruvian restaurant
Day 4 (June 21st)- Santa Teresa Hot Springs
Day 5 (June 22nd)-Drive to Hydro Electrica, Hike to Aguas Calientes
Day 6 (June 23rd)- Hike up to around 4:30am sunrise at Machu Picchu, take train to Olly and stay the night
Day 7 (June 24th)-Breakfast, Sacred Valley tour, stay the night in Pisaq
Day 8 (June 25th)-Horse back riding
Day 9 (June 26th)-yoga and meditation, Ayahuasca Ceremony
Day 10 (June 27th)-yoga and meditation, Ayahuasca Ceremony
Day 11 (June 28th)- become a bad ass, fly home feeling amazing!
